Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

At Laviraa, each product is carefully handmade with love and attention. Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds, except in the cases outlined below.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange.

To be eligible:

You must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish

The video must show the sealed package, opening process, and visible damage

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Important Note on Wrapping

Minor damage to bouquet wrapping, outer packaging, ribbons, or decorative covers is NOT considered product damage

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the actual handmade product itself is damaged

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request if the damage cannot be verified or if the product condition does not match the claim.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Please review all product images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before placing an order

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Refunds will not be issued if:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided

There are two failed delivery attempts by the courier

The order is refused by the recipient

Logistics & Delivery Delays

Laviraa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for delivery delays due to logistical reasons.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

In the event of a failed delivery for partial or full COD orders, no refund will be issued
